How to Make Advieh - Persian Spice
Advieh is used in many Persian recipes and its aroma will drive you mad. It is a very simple spice to make and store in your cabinet. Make sure to store in an air tight glass jar, not plastic.

Directions:
Place all the spices in a coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder and then store in an airtight container. This spice will keep for 6 months to 1 year safely in your cabinet. Do not put in the refrigerator.
